Warranty: UrbanMop offers a warranty against re-infestation for up to 90 days after treatment.

Consultation: UrbanMop provides expert advice on preventing future infestations.

Exclusions:

Removal and placement back of utensils or items: UrbanMop technicians will not remove or replace furniture, appliances, or personal belongings to access pest hiding places.

Structural issues: UrbanMop does not address structural issues that may be contributing to the pest infestation, such as cracks in walls or foundations.

Cleaning and sanitation: UrbanMop's pest control service does not include cleaning or sanitation services, which may be necessary to eliminate the source of the infestation.
