    1. General Policy

    We understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy outlines our requirements for notice periods and the associated fees for cancellations. By making a booking, you agree to comply with this policy.

    2. Cancellation by Customer

    If you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

    • More than 48 hours in advance: You will receive a full refund.
    • 24-48 hours in advance: You will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee.
    • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund will be provided.

    3. Late Arrival or No-Show

    If you fail to arrive at the scheduled time or do not show up without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Please make sure to be on time to avoid cancellation fees.

    4. Cancellation by Us

    In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

    5. Refunds

    All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

    Please note that no refunds will be issued for any booking that has already been delivered. Delivered orders may be eligible for revisits based on our service guarantee as discussed by our service representative or call center in form of written communication subject to proof of such communication. No verbal commitments will be entertained.
