Exceptional service. She was thorough and just for that, I will only book through your app in the future.

I booked a housemaid, and she was supposed to arrive before 10:30 AM. However, she didn’t arrive until around 12:00 PM. After she finished the cleaning, she had to wait for the driver for more than four hours. The cleaning should have been completed by around 12:30 PM, but the entire process was not finished until 6:30 PM. This is unacceptable and caused significant disruption to my schedule. I was unable to leave the house or complete my errands because she was still at my home. At the same time, it was impossible for me to ask her to wait outside for the driver for such a long time, especially since the weather was extremely hot and the temperature outside was very high.
